Going out there and "winging it" isn't working anymore. Athletes need a proven, curriculum based, speed development plan that is guaranteed to take them up multiple levels in their speed, agility, and quickness factor on the field or court.
Attending the 6 Week Game Breaking Speed Academy will allow your athlete to:
-Increase their Top Speed, Agility, and Form so that they can perform better on the field
-Learn how to Safely Decelerate after reaching top speed so that they can prevent Non-Contact Injuries
-Become Confident with their on field ability so that they can compete at the highest level and not be phased by mental blocks in game

Unfortunately No, PFP's 6-week Game-Breaking Speed Academy is a specialty class with limited spots for participation. Be sure to get your spot reserved ASAP. This will fill up fast.
2. What precautions are the PFP team members taking during these training periods?
The PFP Team is diligently cleaning and wiping down each piece of equipment after use by a client. Also, PFP team members are wearing a mask at all times
3. What if we miss a week?
-No problem! We will give you a credit to one of our Small Group Athletic Performance Training Sessions of equal value!
